Land Clearing for Western Pennsylvania Property Owners

When a portion of your property needs to be genuinely opened up — for a building site, a pole barn, pasture or better access — we clear it and leave ground you can actually work with.

What the work looks like

Land clearing is about outcome, not just removal. Before anything runs, we walk the area with you and agree on what stays, what goes, and where the finished edges land. Then we clear it with equipment sized for Western PA terrain: rolling ground, mixed hardwoods, wet spots and tight approaches. The result is open, defined, usable acreage — with the mulch left behind holding the soil in place until you're ready for the next step.

What's included

  • Building sites, pole barns, pasture and access improvements
  • Clear boundaries agreed on before work starts
  • Selective clearing that keeps the trees worth keeping
  • Mulch layer left for erosion control
  • Slopes of 15 degrees or less

Common questions

Do you remove stumps?
For material 8 inches or less we grind roughly an inch below grade. Larger stumps require a different approach and we'll tell you that up front.
How long does a project take?
Most residential clearing projects run one to three days depending on acreage, density and access.
